Breathwork. What is it? How do you do it? Where do I begin? To put it simply, Breathwork is a somatic (meaning body) form of meditation that actives the body before helping you rest! My style of breathwork is one of letting go. My goal is ot help release trauma from the body and reclaim your life as your free self. I help my cliens let go of what does not belong in their bodies so they can love themselves free
